Service Description

Must have completed Nutritional Assessment in order for Follow Up booking request to be confirmed. Recommended to book 30 days after client starts new supplement protocol as discussed on call.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me within 24 hours of the appointment to do so. No-show or short-notice cancelations (less than 24-hour notice) will count as a call.
