My journey with health and fitness started by losing over 50 pounds after I struggled with my eating habits throughout college. This lead me to dive into my own health after I left to see what truly "works" over the years. Now I dedicate my business to helping others cut out the BS we're fed in the industry and have them find a "Taylor'd" lifestyle that supports them to look and feel their very best. My motto has always been "change it". I'm that tough-love kinda friend that reminds you that life is too short to not be 100% satisfied with it. You CAN change anything you don't absolutely love about your life. Most of the time it's a mental over physical change that needs to happen and I'm here to help coach you through it; just as I have done for myself.
